A friend is a friend well beyond the end
Because when you frown and feeling down
That's when a friend can come around

Because when your lonely or happy or just wanting to talk
A friend can be there to show you they care
A friend is a friend well beyond the end
Because day or night, morning or afternoon, a friend can be there
Whenever you need a friend here
Because a friend is a friend well beyond the end
